Working Principle
The air circulation system of the hot air circulation oven adopts a fan circulation air supply method, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The air source is driven by the circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) to drive the wind wheel through the heater to send out the hot air, and then through the air duct to the inner room of the oven, and then the used air is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for recirculation and heating. Ensure the uniformity of indoor temperature. When the temperature value fluctuates due to the opening and closing of the door, the air supply circulation system quickly resumes the operating state until the set temperature value is reached.

The hot air circulation oven is used for heating, curing, drying and dehydration of materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry and other industries. Such as raw materials, Chinese herbal medicine pieces, extracts, powders, granules, dehydrated vegetables, etc.

The hot air oven is suitable for baking items to be baked in chemical gases and food processing, curing of ink, drying of paint film, etc. It is widely used in precision baking, drying, tempering, preheating, shaping, processing, etc. of electronics, motors, communications, electroplating, plastics, hardware chemicals, instruments, printing, pharmaceuticals, PC boards, powders, impregnation, spraying, glass, wooden building materials, etc.; internal heat circulation, the baked objects are heated evenly.
