Belt Dryer Brief Introduction:
The belt dryer is composed of several independent unit sections. Each unit section includes a circulating fan, a heating device, a separate or common fresh air intake system and an exhaust gas exhaust system. The operating parameters of the drying medium quantity, temperature, humidity and exhaust gas circulation volume can be independently controlled to ensure the reliability of the belt dryer and the optimization of operating conditions. The belt dryer is flexible to operate, and the wet material is fed and the drying process is carried out in a completely sealed box. The working conditions are good and dust leakage is avoided. The belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment for batch production. It is used for drying sheet, strip and granular materials with good air permeability. It is particularly suitable for dehydrated vegetables, catalysts, Chinese herbal medicines and other materials with high moisture content and high material temperature. This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. For dehydrated filter cake paste materials, they need to be granulated or made into strips before drying.
Features:
(1) The vibration and impact of the material on the belt dryer are slight, and the material particles are not easy to be pulverized and broken. Therefore, it is also suitable for drying certain materials that are not allowed to be broken.
(2) The belt dryer not only dries the material, but sometimes also bakes, burns or matures the material.
(3) The belt dryer has a simple structure, is easy to install, can operate for a long time, and can enter the box for maintenance in case of failure, which is convenient for maintenance.
(4) The air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve the best drying effect.
(5) The equipment configuration is flexible, and the mesh belt flushing system and material cooling system can be used.
(6) Most of the air is recycled, which saves a lot of energy.
(7) The unique air distribution device makes the hot air distribution more uniform, ensuring the consistency of product quality.
(8) The heat source can be equipped with steam, thermal oil, electricity or coal (oil) hot air furnace.
